Booking & Inquiry FAQ

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (July-October and December-January). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.
Our packages typically include accommodation, meals, game drives, park fees, professional guide, and transportation. International flights, visas, travel insurance, and personal expenses are usually not included.
Yes! We offer flexible payment options including a deposit to secure your booking (usually 30-50%) with the balance due before departure. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment.
Absolutely! We provide detailed information about visa requirements, vaccinations, and travel documents needed for Kenya. We can also assist with visa applications and connect you with travel health specialists.
